- Have a clinician's request form ready when one was provided
- Choose a clean, well-lit place where you can sit comfortably
- Drink water unless your test instructions say otherwise

Collection and results
Test availability: Most blood and urine tests can be collected during a home visit. Some tests may need collection at the laboratory; our team will advise you.
Children and special needs: Tell us when booking so we can assign the right collector and allow enough time.
Results: Turnaround depends on the tests requested. We will explain when and how your confidential report will be released.
Urgent illness: Home collection is not an emergency service. Seek immediate medical care for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.
